What impressed me about Led Zep was that I'm not a fan of there's so i was surprised that I thought they were much better that day than bands I really liked. When they played, "Whole Lotta Love" it seemed a surge of sexual energy electrified the crowd.

Talking about Live Aid, I was at the one in Philly in the mid 80's. At that one, Led Zep was the band that blew everyone away.

A friend of mine is a FA and at his airline the GA is supposed to handle the situation. So if the situation arises before the flight he gets the GA to come on the plane and sort it out cause it's not his job. Guess Bob is on the cusp, a close call.

The trick is not to say, "Excuse me sir, would you please tell me how to get to 33rd Street and 3rd Avenue. That's wasting the tgime of the guy giving directions. Just say, "33rd and 3rd, which way" and you'll get pointed in the right direction without the direction giver having to break stride.
