  1. I will come to thailnd for plastic surgery. I have some defects in my forehad. I wish to come there and it done within six or seven months hope fully. I am also coming to bangkok for sight seeing and better to be done in the tourism country. hopefully, as I am not a rich man.thnak you for reading my article.

Hi. good luck on your plans. I suppose you can easily save (both on the surgery and the sight seeing) with a lot of research and planning before going to Thailand! Best of luck!

  2. Hi, for doing the teeth paint, doing the so called whitening of thde teeth is not good in the long run.As it can whitens one s teeth as it actually wiping with some blade the outer portion of one s teeth. Doing it contineausly can damage your teeth"s longevity or health. It is better you brush your teeth daily atleast ten minutes.

Is it really okay to brush your teeth for as long as ten minutes? That's a loooong time.

  3. If you're the same age as I am, then you've probably loved or listened to Boyzone (aside from Westlife and Backstreet boys, but that's aside the point, Im simply reminiscing) at some point in your child/teenhood. If you know them, then you probably remember Stephen Gately, the other lead vocalist aside from Ronan Keating. Sadly, he died last October 10, 2009 in Mallorca, Spain while he was on vacation.

Sad, sad. More of the story here: http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20091011/ap_on_re_eu/eu_obit_stephen_gately

  4. try baking soda for cheaper teeth whitening. or use this to supplement your whitening routine..

    1. brush your teeth as usual

    2. floss

    3. rub some baking soda and let it stay on for 10minutes (don't take in any liquids or eat anything just yet)

    4. brush your teeth again

baking soda is a natural teeth whitener - however, make sure to do this just once a month since it can be quite hard on the teeth's enamel.

    toodles!

  5. Oh, speaking of hitting children, I read this story about a child (17 months at that time) abused to death in the UK. It was horrific. I wasn't able to sleep well for days. (I hate the internet sometimes because I get to read all the horrific and bad news!!! And of course, because news is always so intiguing, I can't seem to click away from them! Grr.)

Just can't believe how nutcases like those people could exist.

Not for the faint of heart: http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/uk/crime/article5140511.ece

  6. Sounds like you have a good head on your shoulders. I bet your daughter will become a fine, upstanding young lady. When Sweden enacted their non-spanking law, people thought it would create a generation of spoiled brats. It did not. Youth crime has dropped. Sweden spurred a sort of nonviolent culture across the country and maybe the world. Time outs and explanations seem to work. On the flip side, when Dad slapped me across the face, it really did get my attention.

Thanks. And I sure hope I don't lose that good head at some point. I studied psyhcology and one major subject was on developmental and child psychology. Of course that would be stupid of me not to apply what I have learned when it comes to discipline (err..conditioning..hahaha)

But still - I have a long way to go. So again, wish me luck. LOL.
