Talking about Live Aid, I was at the one in Philly in the mid 80's. At that one, Led Zep was the band that blew everyone away.

How very true. I remember going to New York City for the first time as a young lad, asking for directions was an ordeal.
The trick is not to say, "Excuse me sir, would you please tell me how to get to 33rd Street and 3rd Avenue. That's wasting the tgime of the guy giving directions. Just say, "33rd and 3rd, which way" and you'll get pointed in the right direction without the direction giver having to break stride.

Not any worse than that Benet Ramsey girl or whatever her name was and other young child beauty pageant contestants.

Not sure if this is the same Supreme Court that will be ruling on Tkaksin's assests.

That's an amazing number. I wonder if they're partnering with anybody? And also wonder who the losers will be in this?

But afterwards, he got paid big bucks by Citigroup as shareholder value was decimated.

On February 26 the Supreme Court will decide whether the fortune of the telecoms tycoon -- frozen in the months after he was deposed in a coup in 2006 -- can be seized by authorities.
I hear rumors that the Thailand print media may soon be prohibited from speculating on the verdict.

Some people love conspiricies. But really absurd that the US government would be involved in the 9/11 attack. Makes a good movie plot though.

Think it's extremely common for lottery winners to go bankrupt.
Playing lotteries in the extreme amounts that most winners do, shows poor money management skills to start off with.

Good news. Think Bill was an excellent POTUS.

Morrison sold the production and manufacturing rights to his "Pluto Platter" in 1957.
Who knows what that means? Could still have been in for a cut, or maybe cut out of profits.

Not the same as an embassy, but there is an Austrian consulate in Pattaya, right by the Yensabai Condo.

What impressed me about Led Zep was that I'm not a fan of there's so i was surprised that I thought they were much better that day than bands I really liked.
When they played, "Whole Lotta Love" it seemed a surge of sexual energy electrified the crowd.
