I love curried chicken and I imagine Thai curry chicken as a meal to die for. I am drowning in my saliva with the thought of it. In the Philippines the dish is usually cooked with potatoes and bell pepper with coconut milk as well. The milk and potatoes make it really creamy and savory, while the oil from the chicken gives it the mouth-watering, sparkling glaze. It is usually not so very spiced up that a sauce maybe prepared using fish sauce with red or green hot chili pepper dashed in with calamansi juice (the next best thing to lemon in the Phils.) - the aroma from the sauce could get anyone really heavy with appetite. I do not finish without having my third and fourth servings, and usually with two glasses of ice cold cola drink to seal up the hearty meal.

What's up with that Thai logic? There are advantages to it, aren't there?

I am from the PI. One may not want to live in the Philippines because of the mad condition of corruption here but you may reconsider to visit and find out how its being lived and compare it with your own. I am kidding. But you can visit you know that.

The first time I ever heard about Phuket (and its supposedly correct pronunciation) was in the news when it was raged by the tsunami. The giant splashes were unforgettable from the video clips shown on tv, and these remain to be the one and only memory I have of Phuket. I want to learn about its beauty this time.

The beach and Portuguese architecture is quite a strange combination of features to be found in one place. I can only imagine how it works until I could actually go there in Phuket and see for myself. In the meantime, is it possible that the topics here be with photos. Thank you.

I can already see my posts. I wonder why the icons PM this member, Add as Friend are not being shown. And why is my photo not there? I am starting to feel the feel of things round here and am just happy.

The more I read about the topics here the more my heart leaps to get the chance to be there someday. I think I find it grand to sight see a place when riding a train - one is able to see everything crisp and fragrant. Honestly, Thailand never came to mind as the first place i want to go to once i get out of the Philippines. I never knew thailand except the faces that represent it in the miss universe pageants that were aired on tv. I have changed my mind.
