One report said “a North Carolina station quoted unnamed sources as saying that Madoff had been treated at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, N.C. for injuries that were consistent with an assault.†The same article said, “Lawyer Ira Sorkin told the Associated Press that Madoff has "had some dizzy spells and some high blood pressure." “The station now claims that the injuries actually came from him falling out of bed.†http://www.myfoxny.c...ff-Not-Attacked

If the hospital reports injuries consistent with an assault, then I tend to believe the doctors. I would not think falling out of bed would usually produce injuries serious enough to send an inmate to the hospital.

Wino Posted December 29, 2009 Author Report Posted December 29, 2009 Madoff isn't the only one that is not enjoying Christmas. Many of Madoff's clients are probably having a bummer Christmas and they aren't even in jail.
