lvdkeyes Posted November 26, 2009 Report Share Posted November 26, 2009 First off, I am not a fan of Jim Carrey at all. We just saw the new A Christmas Carol. I probably have seen 10 versions of it over the years and I have to say this one is, by far, the most entertaining one I have seen. The 3D really enhances it and, if not for the credits, I would never have know Jim Carrey was in the film. The animation is superb and his accent and voice are different from any other of his films I have had the misfortune to see. I can't recommend it more highly. Bob Posted November 26, 2009 Report Share Posted November 26, 2009 Went out last night to a quiet cafe/bar here in Chiangmai to chat with some friends and saw the first christmas tree of the season (I'm already tired of the "sawatdee bpee mai" posters all over the 7/11 stores up here). I looked at the tree and gave it one of those "kinda weird to see that in Thailand" lookz but I almost cracked up when one of the waiters, seeing me eye the tree, said: Melly Clitma!
