Thaimo Posted November 16, 2009 Report Share Posted November 16, 2009 I can never get a hamburger to come out any good using Thai ground beef. It's always too dry. Does anyone have a good hamburger recipe that might solve that problem? I don't want a recipe for hot dogs, but in Thailand I have never found any kind of hot dogs, even at places such as Villa Market, that taste like American hot dogs. Most of the Thai hot dogs seem to be nearly flavorless and buying imported brands at Villa Market are much too expensive for me.
